A car is driving down the road when it starts approaching some traffic lights. It seems as though when the traffic lights turned amber, the car in front of our filmer wanted to quickly get through the lights before they changed to red, so he carried on through the amber light in a bit of a rush and this caused it to drive into a moped rider sending him off his bike and onto the ground.
