ACCIDENT: Moped Rider Crashes On A Slippery Road In Taiwan (Dashcam Video)
A moped rider was travelling down section 3, Xinglong Road when his moped lost traction to the road resulting in him skidding and sliding. Luckily it seems that he's fine, but it begs the question of "what happened?". Were the tyres safe to drive on, or did the tyres not meet the minimum tread depth? If this is the case, this could explain why the moped slid on the road so easily.
