Six convoluted cheaters using Bluetooth-enabled slippers during a teachers' exam in India were promptly busted on September 26.

The hi-tech scam was apparently being run using a small speaker and earphone inside the slipper sole giving answers to those taking the REET (Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers) in western India.

This is a bizarre case of cheating during Exam . Rajasthan Police on September 26th arrested six people who were involved cheating racket during professional exams . These people are accused of selling Bluetooth equipped Slippers to candidates to crack exam of REET ( Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers) exam for cheating . They sell one slipper to candidates for 6.25 lakhs Indian rupees . A total of 25 such slippers were sold.
This gang is busted in Bikaner District , police official shailendra Singh Indoliya detailing about the modus operandi tells that the bluetooth speaker installed in slipper sole was connected with a mini earphone which was connected with the candidate ear sitting in exam hall and someone from outside was helping him with answers to cheat . He further tells that the earphone was so small and skin coloured which was not easy to detect .
State government to prevent cheating even snapped internet connectivity in some district 12 hours before the exam to prevent cheating . Around 16 lakh students took the exam across the state of Rajasthan for just 31000 post of teachers . This exam is conducted to become teacher in the state of Rajasthan . According to local reports state government of Rajasthan have only allowed slippers at examination centers and no shoes to avoid any chances of chit hiding , but these hi tech gang have find a solution to that also .
