An elderly man managed to escape without any injuries after an out of control truck crashed down a pavement in Mannur, Tamil Nadu.

Footage from September 14 shows the truck speeding down the path, just clipping the unaware elderly man's ankle.

According to eyewitnesses, the truck came to a halt after colliding with a wall.

No one was injured in the incident and police have lodged a case and are investigating the cause of the accident.

An out of control mini truck smashed into two parked bikes and sped past an elderly commuter barely sparing him by an inch.

The man’s miraculous escape was captured by a CCTV camera at Mannur village in Tirunelveli district in the state of Tamil Nadu.

The truck dragged one of the bikes along with it but missed the man narrowly though he was bang in its way.

Eyewitnesses said the truck hit a compound wall and came to a halt.

No one was injured in the incident and police have lodged a case and investigating the cause of the accident.
