A video shows traffic chaos with three roads blocked - just minutes after fuel was delivered to a petrol station.

Shocked pedestrian Will Humphreys filmed the horrendous traffic jam outside of a Shell petrol station in Sutton, London, last night [28].

According to Humphreys, the Shell petrol station in Sutton had received a delivery of oil around an hour earlier, resulting in a surge of traffic outside the station.

Three roads were said to be clogged full of desperate drivers who rushed for fuel amid the nationwide petrol panic.

The video shows standstill traffic leading to the Shell garage, including seven buses full of disgruntled passengers caught up in the hysteria.

Humphreys, who filmed the video at approximately 20:00 last night [28], claimed that there were "verbal fights breaking out and chaos just for some petrol!"

The shocking sight came just hours after Prime Minister Boris Johnson claimed the situation was "now stabilising" and things were "getting better on the forecourts".
