In a horrifying event in central India's Madhya Pradesh, a 12-foot-long python snake climbed up a big tree in a bid to prey on a small animal on October 4. The incident took place in Shivpuri.

Visuals feature the python sticking to the treetop, trying to hunt its prey. The rescue officials climb up the tree and send the snake down and then fill it up in a sack. Locals surround the python and shriek in horror.

When the residents saw the python, the forest department was informed immediately. Following that, Scindia Chhatriwasre immediately rescued the python and put it in a sack. Post the rescue, it was safely released in the forest of Madhav National Park.
