'Awe-inspiring timelapse footage of a bubble mixture turning into an ice sphere, has emerged from Fairfield, CT.

"Behold the Freezing Bubble that makes the winter even more magical," the filmer, Melanie Bradley said. "For those who want to create something similar, I'd ask them to wait for the weather to get really cold outside, preferably below -20°C!"

She added: "For fascinating results, use a soap bubble mixture. However, one thing to keep in mind is that frozen bubbles are very fragile and can break very easily. I was able to form a durable bubble only after doing some experimentation. Additionally, I let the mixture chill in the freezer beforehand to help speed up the process."
