A motorcyclist that slammed into an emerging car ran from the scene on foot as two police officers approached in Hemsworth, West Yorkshire.

Dashcam footage captured on October 6 shows the biker crash into a red vehicle turning right.

The motorcyclist then hops around as if he has injured himself before sprinting away as he spots the approaching officers.

"The rider starts hopping about in the road apparently injured then suddenly forgets about his injury and legs it as he sees two female police community support officers approaching," the filmer told Newsflare.
