Out of control boats on flooded river blown up to protect power station in China
Out of control boats on a flooded river were blown up to protect a power station and dam in southern China.
Video filmed in the city of Nanchong in Sichuan Province on October 5 shows the boats being demolished on the flooded Jialing River.
Since the water level rose, local authorities blasted the boats in case they damage the power station and dam.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
