Footage shows officers using electric tools to cut open barrels Greenpeace protesters lock themselves to in front of Downing Street as part of their protest against the Cambo oilfield in the North Sea.

A tar-covered statue of Prime Minister Boris Johnson was also erected in front of Downing Street by the activists, which police also removed.
