Our Alaskan Malamute dogs love digging big holes as their favourite passtime
Our 11 month old Alaskan Malamute and his 4 year old mother Risee are working dogs. They are not only sled dogs but work as therapy dogs with young children. They are spending quality time together with digging being the activity of choice. I never met an Alaskan Malamute who didn't feel the need to dig. Funny 11 month old Fish in particular has a lot of energy to expel and digging is a super way to get all that pent up crazy out.
