This sailor lost his balance and almost fell off his vessel into the Pacific Ocean near Russia's west coast.

In this dramatic clip, Pavel Zubarau films Dzianis as he almost falls from the boat and into the sea.

"We were on a day boat tour to see some sea lions, do fishing, and sail," Dzianis said.

"While going back, I asked my mate to video me since the volcano was right behind me. But suddenly, something went wrong. The last thing I saw was my body behind the boat, but thankfully, I caught myself and got back on the boat."
