Torrential rains in South India caused flooding in a cascade and tourists are banned to visit the cascade
Location - Athirapalli cascade Valparai area of Coimbatore district in Tamilnadu state of South India.

A cyclonic circulation located over east-central Arabian Sea, and a low-pressure area which is expected to form over east-central Bay of Bengal these two systems are responsible for the rains that lashed this area.
Following which a scenic cascade started flooding. And tourists were banned to enter the cascade bathing place as the water is overflowing and with high intensity.
