CLOSE CALL: Old man almost run over at a crossing by impatient moped riders (Dashcam Video)
An extremely close call as a moped rider stops at a crossing where you're meant to give right of way to pedestrians. The moped rider stopped, and allowed time for an old man to cross, however as soon as the old man stepped onto the crossing, several other moped riders flew over the crossing and almost hit the old man. Fortunately he's okay, but this is exactly why we have the highway code.
