Hundreds of people took to the streets of Milan, Italy, yesterday (October 16), to protest against the "Green Pass", a COVID-19 health certificate that is now required to access any workplace.

The new measure is considered one of Europe's toughest anti coronavirus regulations. Workers who don't want to get their jabs will have to take frequent coronavirus tests.

It is estimated that 3.8 million workers haven't been vaccinated in the country.

In several parts of Italy, demonstrations erupted when one of Europe's toughest anti-coronavirus regulations came into effect, which is forcing all employees, including magistrates, to produce a health permit to enter their workplace.

The video shows anti-vaccination protest taking place in Milan, Italy. Police officers were deployed in the places as there was a possibility that anti-vaccination protests would turn violent, as it happened in Rome last week.
