Firefighters rescue dog that fell into 300-feet steep ravine in California, US
A 15-year-old dog was rescued after falling into a 300-feet steep ravine in Los Angeles on October 16.
A passerby recorded as the fire crew that lowered themselves down into the ravine in Santa Monica Mountain Conservatory were hauled back up by the remaining firefighters.
They managed to reunite the dog with its relieved owner by carrying the pooch on a board.
The filmer told Newsflare: "I happened to be riding my bike when I stumbled onto the dramatic scene. I saw the rescue vehicles, dismounted from my bike, and strode over to find out what had happened."
