Skipping rope pro perforns insane tricks while working out
'Ridge Robson lived up to his reputation as a Jump Rope pro in this adrenaline-filled clip shot at the University of Cincinnati.
In this video, the filmer can be seen jumping rope, which is easier than a walk in the park for him. However, to amp up his workout routine, he adds in a bunch of flips, spins, and various other sorts of movement while jumping rope simultaneously.
As per Ridge, he was "in the zone" while recording this clip. Despite the awesomeness of the tricks displayed in this video, the filmer said that it was just one of the many insane stunts he could pull off with a jump rope.
