Japan: Roller Coaster Riders Stranded Following Power Outage At Universal Studios
A power outage hit the Universal Studios Japan theme park in Osaka on Friday, October 22, leaving people stranded on a roller coaster ride.
The "Hollywood Dream - The Ride" rollercoaster stopped near the highest point on its track when the power outage occurred. Staff rescued the riders and no injuries were reported.
Power was fully restored at 1:06 p.m.
