A giant snake accidentally slithered its way into the human world and got trapped in eastern India's West Bengal on October 25. The incident took place in Gopiballabpur in the Jhargram district.

Visuals feature the rescuers spotting the giant snake amid the bushes in broad daylight while it trembles in agony after being entangled within the net. Within moments, the rescuers attempt to free the slithering creature while the others encircle them and witness the occurrence. Fortunately, they manage to rip apart the net and free the creature while it coils up mid-air. Following this, they confine the python inside a bag to restrict its movement.

The six-foot-long python entered the village from the forest cover and strayed itself among the locals. This incident ensued panic among the villagers.
