Locals in Puri, Odisha, have begun worshipping a large stone that was found floating in the nearby Kuakhai River.

Fishermen found the 20-kilogram rock floating on the surface of the river and crowds gathered to witness the scene.

The stone was later placed in a temple and worshipped on October 26.
