Tyre being inflated explodes dangerously close to Chinese mechanic
A tyre exploded dangerously close to a mechanic in southern China.
CCTV footage filmed in the city of Shangrao in Jiangxi Province on October 25 shows a mechanic named Zheng going into a house to turn off the power after he heard an abnormal noise from a tyre that was being inflated.
However, the tyre suddenly exploded when Zheng was squatting beside it to check it.
Zheng then stood up and ran away quickly.
According to Zheng, he had already prepared for the explosion so he was not injured.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
