Climate activists stage dirty oil protest outside COP26 venue in Glasgow
"Oil head" characters from the activist group Ocean Rebellion, poured 75 litres of 'oil' on the ground outside the Hydro, Glasgow's COP26 climate change conference venue, in Glasgow, Scotland.
This comes as the city welcomes global leaders for the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) from October 31 to November 12, 2021.
The sticky oily mess was cleaned up by some "dirty scrubbers", a band of "cleaners" from the activist group who said they would "greenwash anyone's dirty business".
The footage was filmed on October 29.
