Mum performs Amazing Grace for albinism awareness
A heartwarming video has emerged of a mum singing Amazing Grace to help raise awareness of poor vision from Albinism.
The footage shows the work of the Anchor Center for Blind Children in Denver, Colorado, US - overlaid by the performance - "to help raise awareness about this center and the children benefiting from their services".
The creators of the video, which was recorded in May, wrote online: "This all began with Singing Mommy and her beautiful baby daughter Louise, who was born with Albinism.
"Since Louise has no pigment in her hair, skin and eyes, this results in very poor vision. Therefore, Louise attends weekly therapy at Anchor Center for Blind Children.
"Please join us in celebrating what is unique in all of us by purchasing our version of this inspirational song on ITunes. All proceeds made from this video will go directly to Anchor Center for Blind Children".
