Two men caught on camera stealing scooter rider's phone in central China
Two men were captured working together to steal a scooter rider's phone in central China.
Dashcam video filmed in the city of Zhengzhou in Henan Province on November 4 shows two men riding a scooter, with one jumping off the backseat and running after another scooter rider to steal his phone.
The filmer, named Kong, said he and his colleague saw the incident from their car and honked the horn to warn the scooter rider being robbed but he did not notice.
However, the robber realised that Kong was warning the scooter rider and stopped to provoke him.
Kong said the robbers worked in a group as there were several other scooters following behind.
Kong has provided the dashcam clip to the police.
