91 Neighbourhood Association Areas in Jakarta, Indonesia Are Flooded

A number of areas in Jakarta experienced flooding due to high rainfall intensity. One of them is the Kampung Melayu area, East Jakarta.
Residents in Tanah Rendah, Kampung Melayu, East Jakarta (Jaktim), were submerged in one meter high flood. Floods have inundated people's homes for eight hours from Sunday, November 7, 2021 to Monday, November 8, 2021, in the morning and have not subsided.
The DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) noted that as of Monday (November 8th) at 06.00 WIB, as many as 91 RTs or Neighbourhood association areas in Jakarta were still flooded.
