A Vietnamese dermatologist popped a giant 15-year-old spot on a woman's face recently.

A stomach-churning video filmed on November 4 with the patient's permission in Krong Pac shows the doctor removing the enlarged pimple that had become painful.

The dermatologist said the patient was amazed when she saw the pus inside the monster spot.

The doctor advised people not to allow acne to linger for too long on the face and to seek medical treatment.

According to the dermatologist, the woman came to her clinic and told her that she had a pimple on her face that was causing her pain. This pimple has existed on her face for almost 15 years. The woman tried to remove the pimple many times but after squeezing it all, the pimple continued to grow bigger. She lived with the pimple. However, recently, the pimple has become more and more enlarged, causing her face to feel very painful.
After checking the dermatologist decided to remove the pimple for the woman. The dermatologist said the woman let the pimple grow for a long time on her cheek. Pimple has formed and created a lot of dirt inside. The doctor proceeded to remove the terrible pimple on the woman's face.
The woman was amazed after the doctor showed her the contents of her pimple.
The doctor said that the woman needs to clean her face carefully to prevent pimples from coming back.
