The race, organized under the slogan 'Forward with pride', covered a distance of 5,000 meters. A total of 1246 people registered to take part in the race. Elman Abishov won in the men's category (17.50 min.). Allahgulu Huseynov (18.05) and Namig Asadov (18.31) took 2nd and 3rd places, respectively.
Anna Yusupova (18.35) became the first among women. The second place was taken by Rabiya Orudzheva (23.21), and the third - by Sevda Verdieva (24.58).
