"This video was taken in September 2017 while I was on a vacation with my wife," the filmer shared.

"Cappadocia is famous for the early morning balloon rides that start at around 5:00 am and last for 1 to 1.5 hours.

"Once the ride is over, the balloon pilot lands the balloon basket in an interesting way, which I managed to capture in this video."

While it seemed at first that the pilot was finding it challenging to smoothly land the basket, they eventually managed to do so.
