Tesco increases fuel prices after rat fixed price sign at lowest in country in Kent, UK
The Tesco petrol station in Sheerness has now reopened and increased fuel prices after engineers had to carry out repairs following an incident with a rat last week.
The rodent chewed through a data cable which preventing the price sign from being updated for over a week - resulting in the forecourt offering the cheapest fuel in UK!
Unleaded has now been increased from 134.9p to 140.9p per litre.
Diesel has gone up from 136.9p to 142.9p per litre.
