RED LIGHT RUNNER: Ludicrous moped rider drives through red light while honking (Dashcam Video)
Naturally, driving through Wanhua District, this ludicrous moped rider drove through a red light whilst honking their horn. Luckily for him there wasn't any traffic enforcement nearby otherwise he likely would've had a chase on his hands, and would've been pulled over. This was an extremely dangerous act that could've not only got himself hurt, but others around him too. Thankfully there were several other moped riders who were at the scene who chose to stop at the red light instead of following and increasing the danger of this act.
