A fire broke out in a bike amid a petrol pump premises in central India's Madhya Pradesh on November 15. The incident took place in the Hatta region of the Damoh district.

Visuals feature the bike set ablaze. High flames erupt from the vehicle while a cloud of smoke engulfs the two-wheeler. Panic ensues among the onlookers as they hurriedly swing into action and begin dousing the blaze. Some of them throw dirt on the bike while the others pour water, eventually containing the fire.

The vigilant onlookers showed the presence of mind, averting a major tragedy. They saved the lives of several locals by containing the fire on time. Moreover, by the time the fire officials arrived at the spot, the blaze was already under control.
