'Snowboarding is all fun and games until the one doing it crashes into the snow. And guess what? This video DOES feature an ouch-inducing snowboarding fail.

Footage surfacing from France shows a snowboarder skating down a mountain. The subject starts off pretty well but that doesn't remain the case for long.

Shortly after hopping on a pipe, the guy loses balance and ends up getting slammed on the snow-covered ground.

"This painful but epic skating fail took place in Font Romeu Pyrenees 2000, which is a ski resort," the filmer, Ferran Gil wrote. "The crash happened because of a broken edge."

While the snowboarder gets back on his feet quickly, it doesn't take him long to start feeling the impact of the fall.
