This footage was filmed and produced 17 November 2021.

The Canadian province of British Columbia on the Pacific coast declared a state of emergency on Wednesday following massive floods and landslides caused by record-breaking rainfall in the last several days. Authorities have confirmed one death from a mudslide on Monday and anticipate the death toll to rise.

The video shows how much the water has risen at Alouette Lake during the floods. As the author of the video says, there usually is a sandy beach that goes well into the (now) water.
