A six-foot-long Indian rat snake entered a house, ensuing panic among the residents in central India's Madhya Pradesh on November 16. The incident took place in the Makronia region of the Sagar district.

Visuals feature the snake hiding inside a shed room, located in the proximity of the house. The serpent rescuer arrives at the spot and swings into action. He pokes the reptile out of its hiding, following which he grabs it and carries it away.

The Indian rat snake slithered into the house, and then into the shed, following which the panic-stricken residents alerted serpent expert Akeel Baba. He rushed to the spot and safely rescued the reptile.
