The victim is 74-year-old pensioner Klavdia Veniaminovna. After the accident, she herself dialed 112 and called an ambulance.

Now her condition is assessed as grave. She has a fractured forearms, open fractures of the shin and nose, she underwent two operations.

The culprit of the accident is also a pensioner - 69-year-old Natalya Chelnokova. She claims that she did not notice the pedestrian, because she was distracted by the traffic. And then I thought that the elderly woman did not fall under the car, but next to it. So I decided to park in order to get out and give first aid. And at that moment the victim moved.

As a result, it was not possible to provide help - eyewitnesses of the accident started shouting at her and drove her away.
