RECKLESS DRIVING: Moped rider distracted with phone while driving down a busy road (Dashcam Video)
While driving through Taishan District, this moped discovered that the moped in front wasn’t really paying attention to the traffic lights and that they were steering with one hand. Later on, this moped sped up a bit to see what’s going on and he found out that he was on his mobile. The moped rider then somewhat chased him to beep at him and to tell him to get off his phone while being on a busy road.
