INSTANT KARMA: Traffic enforcer chases moped rider that skipped red light (Dashcam Video)
As seen from this video footage, this moped rider was currently waiting at this toucan crossing while a group of pedestrians were crossing. Further down the road, another moped rider skipped the red light, and rode straight past a traffic enforcer. As a result the enforcer pulled a u-turn to chase her down, and likely gave her a ticket.
