This is the heartwarming moment a grandmother ran towards her husband and gave him flowers after he was discharged from a hospital in southern China.
In the video filmed in Fuzhou on Nov. 18, the grandfather was reunited with his wife after being hospitalised for 12 days. His wife excitedly runs up to him with all the giddy excitement of a person in love a quarter of her age.
It’s reported that after a minor surgery, the grandpa woke up and told the grandma in a video call said: "I promised to stay with you for your 80th birthday, and I can stick to my promise now."
