ACCIDENT / FAIL: Careless moped riders crash into each other (Dashcam Video)
No way a chain of events happened at this moment where a bunch of mopeds was driving through Zhongzheng District and the person in front had to slam on their brakes, causing an incident that caused the other riders to brake in a short amount of time. As a result, with the traffic ahead or someone not paying attention. It led to the rider braking hard while the other riders behind them crashed into them. As seen here, the rider almost fell over the railing and led to damage to the moped. The rider re-positioned his moped and they carried on driving down the one way lane.
