BRUTAL ACCIDENT: Speeding vehicle crashes into moped that skipped red light (Dashcam Video)
Why was this vehicle traveling at this speed through traffic lights? As a result of this vehicle going so fast, it caused a serious accident taking a moped rider off the road. The clueless rider did skip a red light, but on the other hand the vehicle shouldn’t have been at this speed when coming up to a traffic light. If the vehicle slowed down, then they could have reacted to this moped that drove through a red light. Instead of blasting their horn at the last second after crashing into the moped.
