Priest requests hospital staff to bandage broken arm of Lord Krishna's idol in northern India
A heart-wrenching moment of a priest breaking down at a hospital to treat the idol of Lord Krishna left doctors in a perplexing situation in northern India's Uttar Pradesh on November 19. The incident took place in Agra.
Visuals feature the hospital staff carefully treating the idol of the childhood form of the deity in the hospital premise. In trying to fix the magnificent sculpture, the priest arrives and carries the idol in his arms while the staff treats it and bandages its broken hand, giving the priest a sigh of relief.
The priest, identified as Lekh Singh, came to the hospital urging the doctors to attend to the deity's idol, whose arm he accidentally broke while bathing it in the morning. Owing to this incident, the district hospital staff carried out a registration in the name of Shri Krishna and also bandaged the arm of the idol back. Moreover, people were moved by the devotion and faith of the priest, giving onlookers a sight to cherish.
