This video shows a helicopter belonging to an Indonesian government agency about to fly from Minangkabau International Airport (BIM) in Padang Pariaman Regency, to the Mentawai Islands, West Sumatra.
Mentawai is the only archipelago in West Sumatra, which is directly opposite the Indian Ocean. This area is known as the best surfing tourism location.
When flying, the weather looks good. The helicopter carrying a number of passengers flew smoothly until about 10 minutes later, the weather in the middle of the sea was extreme.
