ACCIDENT / FAIL: Moped rider drives over plastic bag and crashes into other riders (Dashcam Video)
While driving through Sanchong District, you can see that this moped rider was having no issues with driving until this happened… All of a sudden a plastic bag sways into the middle of the road where the rider was heading. As a result this caused the rider to steer over the bag, causing him to spin out of control and hitting the other rider in front. This led to the rider crashing into the middle of the road and taking him off the moped. On the other hand, the other rider managed to reposition himself and recovered, preventing him from crashing..
