CLOSE CALL: Moped rider sped through traffic lights and almost hit ambulance (Dashcam Video)
While this moped rider was driving through Songshun and coming up to the traffic lights, they noticed that the flashing ambulance needed to cross. All of a sudden a speeding moped rider thought it was a good idea to speed through the traffic lights. Luckily, there wasn’t any other traffic in the middle of the road or that rider would have hit a vehicle or another rider. However, no one was injured and the ambulance noticed that the rider was speeding, so they waited for the rider before continuing forwards.
