Video captured a massive avalanche in India's Himalayas on Wednesday 24 November.

The massive glacier landslide happened at around 8:30am local time.

A local farmer filmed the dramatic scene near Khansar village of Lahaul district in the state of Himachal Pradesh.

According to the filmer, he heard a sound coming from the mountains and suddenly rushed outside to see the cloud of snow and ice racing down the mountain.

Fortunately the icy landslide caused no damage to human settlements.

This landslide happened at Khansar village of Lahaul district in state of Himachal Pradesh . According to the filmer , he heard a sound coming from mountains and suddenly rushed outside and saw a huge glacier coming down of mountains . There was no damage due to this .
