This volunteer spent 30 minutes attempting to reunite a bat pup with its mother in Tel Aviv, Israel.

A worker at the Israeli Bat Sanctuary found a baby bat that had fallen from its mother's belly.

She held the bat pup in her hands for around 30 minutes waiting for the mother to swoop in and pick up her baby.

"After 30 minutes of waiting with her arms reached out, momma bat made her first attempt at picking up baby, but got spooked and flew away.
On her third try, brave mom gave it her all and managed to reattach little baby bat to her nipple, get a tight hold and fly away, happily tree hopping," the filmer said.
