Hundreds attend Kabaka's birthday marathon run race in Kampala, Uganda

Hundreds of people attended the virtual Kabakas’ birthday run marathon held at Lubiri palace on Sunday morning (November 28) in Kampala, Uganda. Only few invited people attended the event due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. Kabaka Ronald Mutebi flag off the runners at around 8. 30 am before they participated in different kilometer races. Airtel Uganda, DFCU bank in partnership with the Buganda Kingdom organised this one day event to mark the birthday of Kabaka.
Having created awareness towards Fistula and Sickle Cellsover the past years, this year’s run was held under the theme “Men for Good Health and Ending AIDS by 2030”.
