The video shows Ian Osborne starting a leaf blower and climbing up a ladder with it to do some roof maintenance work without realizing that the ladder wasn't set up correctly.
The result is a horrid crash that knocks the subject unconscious.
"My idiotic mistake was footing the ladder on top of a wet deck with leaves on it and then climbing above the roofline without someone footing the ladder for me," Ian commented. "I was out cold. A special thank you to my 10-year-old daughter who calmly called 911 and did everything right."
