ACCIDENT / FAIL: Speeding moped riders braked too late causing crashes (Dashcam Video)
While driving down the highway in Wanhua District, you can see that the moped riders were travelling at high speeds. All of a sudden, you can see that the rider in front braked and this caused the rider behind to brake at the last second. This resulted in hitting the back of the moped and then made him crash into the side of the highway. If this rider was paying more attention, then the rider could have prevented this moment. Moments later, you can see a rider get off his bike to check on the rider to make sure they are alright.
