A couple of villagers rescued a fawn and handed it over to the officials in central India's Madhya Pradesh on December 4. The incident took place in Golni village, located in Khurai Tehsil of Sagar district.

Visuals feature the fawn running helter-skelter for its safety and hiding amid the bushes out of fear while the officials, along with the locals, arrive to rescue it. They further get hold of the baby deer and carry it inside the vehicle to look after it while the others catch a glimpse of it.

The fawn was getting chased by the stray dogs when the locals saw it and rescued it from the spot. They further alerted cops from Dial 100, following which Dalsingh and Ajay, reached the spot with a team from the Forest Department. Nevertheless, they took the animal to a veterinary clinic and will release it in its natural habitat.
